Overall, my stay had its highs and lows. The comfort room was lovely, boasting great views with balconies, while the junior suite was a bit of a letdown, lacking a decent view and having no balcony. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff made me feel welcome except for one rude receptionist. However, the lack of air conditioning was a significant drawback.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was truly outstanding with impeccable service. However, I found the mattress a bit firm for my liking, but housekeeping quickly added a mattress topper, which made all the difference. It’s definitely a place I would happily return to. On the flip side, the junior suite we tried wasn't worth the upgrade; the comfort room offered a much better experience.
